Mr Harding is very experienced, reliable, accountable and professional. He is also a safe person and his employees have good manners. He and his team are organised and on the same page. He works extremely neatly and leaves no mess behind - he is very considerate to not dirty mixing/washing up areas. His quotes are carefully considered and at the end of the day he gives a progress report and at the end of the work he checks that you are satisfied. He is very helpful with finding affordable solutions. He is someone can build a long term working partnership with and feel safe in the quality of work over time.

An efficient and dependable team that were highly recommended. They also exceeded my expectations. I had a weathered front door replaced and hung and a sill constructed by Maint-Man. Additionally, previous service providers' half-work on the same window and door frame structure was identified and fixed.
